Your PTO
We are a group of parent volunteers and teachers striving to positively influence the lives of the children, families and teachers we come in contact with daily. Last year our fundraising efforts allowed us to have movie night, monthly popcorn Fridays and a carnival, support Girls on the Run, provide funding for field trips and teacher appreciation week, and fix our playground equipment, just to name a few things.

Kari Freye, President
My husband, Nick, and I have a fourth-grader and a first-grader. I work in the medical field and in my spare time I enjoy scrapbooking and being an Uppercase Living consultant. It’s hard to top last year’s experience, but I hope that this year’s events will be more spectacular than last year’s. I hope to get more parents involved to show them how great Ross Park Elementary truly is!! I love being a part of this great school community and look forward to serving another year on the PTO board.
Tia Hildreth, Vice President
I have been married eight years To Minister Christopher Hildreth. I have a first-grader and a GSRP student at Ross Park. I was in the IT field for about 15 years, but now I enjoy selling AVON. My free time is spent mostly with my family. I enjoy computers, movies and Chuck-E-Cheese. I am excited to be a part of the Ross Park family. My first year with the PTO was awesome! As VP I would like to motivate more parents to get involved, assist teachers in obtaining tools to further education and help Ross Park to continue to be the great experience that it is for our children.
Stan Miller, Secretary
My wife, Barb, and I have a first-grader at Ross Park. Barb is involved in the PTO too, serving as hospitality coordinator and Box Tops coordinator. I'm a software trainer, developer, and project manager. In my spare time I enjoy home-improvement projects, reading, and other volunteer opportunities. This year I hope we can continue to bring more families together for fun activities and get even more parents more fully involved with the school.
Jenny McNeill, Treasurer
My husband, Cavan Berry, and I have a fourth-grader and a second-grader. I am an attorney. In my free time I enjoy biking, spending time with my family and traveling. This year, I hope PTO is able to connect to more parents.
Upper El Liaison
This position is vacant. The upper el liaison identifies a room parent for each third-, fourth- and fifth-grade classroom; works with the room parents to identify volunteers for PTO events; and helps ensure good communication between the PTO and classrooms. Please contact if you can serve your child's school in this role.
Patsy Craven, Lower El Liaison
My husband, David, and I have a sixth-grader and a first-grader. I am the office manager for a local insurance company. In my spare time I enjoy scrap-booking, going camping, and spending time with my family. My goal with the PTO this year is to work together with teachers and parents to help the children have a great place to learn and have fun. Being new to the board, I’m looking forward to getting to know more of the families here at Ross Park, and being able to help where needed.
