Children of involved parents do better in school and have fewer discipline problems. From sending in Box Tops to serving on the board, the PTO offers lots of ways to get involved.

Volunteer at a fun event.
Send in Box Tops for Education.
Serve on the PTO Board.
Sign a 2-Hour Power pledge.
Help classrooms directly through Teacher Wish Lists or giving trees.

The January popcorn sale benefitting the 2nd grade has been changed to Thursday, Jan. 26.

The PTO has scheduled another Norton Pines family fun night for Friday, Feb. 24, starting at 5 p.m. Watch the February PTO newsletter for details on this great inexpensive night out with the family.

The PTO newsletter is now being delivered only by email to save printing costs. The school district has graciously agreed to allow us to use its email notification system to send our newsletters, so please be sure the district has your email address. We'll also continue to post our newsletters on this website.

We welcome all volunteers and the time they can share. We know the thought of "one more thing to do" on an already busy schedule can be tiring. You'll be surprised at how little it takes to make a difference. Whether you can volunteer a couple hours at an event or commit to being your child's room parent, your time spent impacting the lives of children will be rewarding. Do not hesitate to contact any board members with questions.
